Dr.-Ing. Philipp Hagedorn

Computational Engineering Researcher

I am Philipp Hagedorn, located near Osnabrück (Germany), and very interested in networking and international contacts according to the topics Building Information Modeling, Computational Methods in Civil Engineering, Linked Building Data, and other Digital Engineering topics. I gained research and practical experience in Building Information Modeling through different jobs along with the study in Civil and Environmental Engineering (BSc) and Structural Engineering (MSc). Since finishing my master degree, I am working at the Chair of Computing in Engineering at Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) where I have obtained my doctoral degree Doktor-Ingenieur in 2023. Since 2024, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher and group leader at the Chair of Computing in Engineering at RUB.

You can find my CV and additional information below,
thanks for your interest!
